I also wanted to say how exceptional we found your guys when on site. The digger driver was so helpful giving us advice on what to do landscaping wise, and the guy who was working with him on the last day even replanted one of our plants for us. Such a nice bunch of guys, we will definitely use Plumb Craft again.
Had my hot water cylinder start leaking and called up for a quote to get it fixed. Plumber came around later that day (on a Saturday) to assess and booked the job in for the following week. They gave me several options of what I could replace it with and told me the benefits/drawbacks of each option. The workmanship was tidy and they were very knowledgeable about the solar system I had. They even arranged for the electrician to come and wire it up. All in all they made this stressful time a lot easier for me with great communication and prompt work.
I have used Plumbcraft on numerous plumbing and drainage projects since in arriving in New Zealand 10 years ago . Over this period I have found the service and quality of the workmanship to be of the highest standard. I have recently had them install a central heating system to our home renovation in Taupo . The warmth from the radiators has transformed our home and the running cost of the diesel boiler has been a pleasant surprise.

Good quality work and very professional
We have been a Plumbcraft customer for some 18 years.Â
We have not had need for a plumber’s service for approx 8 years, due to us building a new house in Karaka Harbourside and disposing of our rental properties.
Yesterday we discovered an issue with a HW cylinder multi way control valve and immediately contacted Plumbcraft.
I called about 8 30am and left a voice mail message. Â I then decided to send an email request for service, with pictures of what I believed to be the ” offender “. My rationale was that it would help speed up the process and reduce the need for a visit to check the problem, then travel to get the part(s) and then return to do the job.
Approx 4 hours after sending the email, a Plumbcraft technician arrived to fix the problem.
Not only did the “techo” have the appropriate replacement part required (identified from the pictures sent in the email), but he explained the cause of the problem, installed the replacement part was a good ambassador for himself and his employer – Plumbcraft.
